Cleaning services
Cleaning & upkeep - Municipality of Centar
A professional hygiene standard on a fixed monthly subscription, with no hidden costs and our own professional supplies included. Available exclusively within the Municipality of Centar.
All cloths and professional eco-friendly products are provided by REM. The client provides a working vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop.
Monthly subscriptions (fixed time slot)
Payment is made in advance at the start of the month. Every package guarantees visits at a fixed weekly time slot.
Basic upkeep
Essential
4 visits per month (once a week) - max 2 hours per visit (8 hours monthly)
- Detailed vacuuming and mopping of floors in all rooms
- Dusting of easily reachable surfaces up to arm's height
- Full bathroom disinfection (toilet, sink, mirror, shower cabin or bathtub)
- Surface cleaning of the kitchen (sink, worktop, cabinet fronts)
- Tidying the living area (folding blankets, arranging cushions)
- Taking out the trash from bins inside the apartment
- Hotel finish with our signature branded scent
Thorough upkeep
Comfort
4 visits per month (once a week) - max 3 hours per visit (12 hours monthly)

- Plus one additional service of your choice on every visit
- Option A: 1 hour of ironing (iron and board provided by the client)
- Option B: deep interior cleaning and degreasing of the oven, plus interior fridge cleaning

For active families with children where both parents work and want hygiene maintained throughout the whole week at a reasonable price.
